1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Revv Line website, purchasing a one-time ticket, purchasing a membership, or entering any Revv Line promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We may update these Terms at any time; updates take effect when published on our website. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

2. Privacy
We collect, store and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering a promotion you consent to that collection and use.

3. Entry options
Revv Line offers two entry methods:
• Membership entries — pay for a membership tier and receive entries into eligible promotions as set out in the membership plan. Membership benefits, fees and entry allocations are published on the membership page.
• One-time entries — purchase individual tickets for a specific promotion without becoming a member.
All entries are subject to the rules of the specific promotion and these Terms.

4. Eligibility & geographic rules
• Entrants must be residents of jurisdictions where the promotion is permitted and must be 18 years or older, unless a promotion states otherwise.
• Where any state or territory requires a permit or restricts entry (or the promotion is prohibited), entries from that jurisdiction will be void unless Revv Line has obtained the necessary approvals. (See “Compliance & Permits” below.)
• Employees, contractors, directors and close family members of Revv Line or any company directly involved in running a promotion may be ineligible — details will be in each promotion’s rules.

5. How to enter
• Follow the entry steps shown on the promotion page and complete payment if required.
• Ticket allocations, pricing and the closing time/date for each promotion will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Entries are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated. Revv Line is not responsible for late, lost or incomplete entries.

6. Winner selection & notification
• Winners are chosen by a randomised draw process (or other method explicitly stated in the promotion rules).
• Winners will be notified by phone and/or email, and announced on our website/social media where required by law. Where required by local law, winner details may be published.
• Winners must provide verification (e.g., ID) as required before a prize is awarded.

7. Prizes & cash alternatives
• Prize descriptions (including value) are set on the promotion page. Images are for illustration only.
• If a cash alternative is offered, the cash amount will be stated. The winner may choose the cash alternative where the promotion permits.
• Prizes are not transferable except with Revv Line’s written approval.

8. Membership terms
• Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and billed per the membership page.
• You may cancel membership at any time — cancellation takes effect once confirmed by Revv Line. No refunds will be provided for unused membership periods except where required by law.
• Revv Line may suspend or terminate memberships for breach of these Terms.

9. Compliance & permits (important)
• Raffle, lottery and trade promotion laws differ across Australian states and territories. Many jurisdictions require permits, authorisations or specific conditions to be met before tickets can be sold or the promotion advertised. Revv Line will:
– obtain any licences, permits or approvals required where reasonably practicable; and
– where a permit is required and not obtained prior to ticket sales, restrict participation from the affected state/territory and/or void entries from that jurisdiction.

10. Restrictions on certain prizes
Prizes prohibited by state law (for example some firearms, tobacco products or other restricted items) will not be offered unless all legal requirements are met. Travel prizes and prizes with special conditions will be subject to the terms shown on the promotion page.

11. Records & reporting
Revv Line will keep records required by applicable law and will comply with any financial reporting or audit requirements relevant to the promotion licence or permit.

12. Liability & consumer rights
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Except where law prohibits, Revv Line (and its officers, agents and suppliers) excludes liability for indirect, special or consequential loss, and is not liable for technical failures, theft, unauthorised access, delivery issues, or other events outside our control.

13. Cancellation or variation
If circumstances beyond our control occur (supplier issues, natural disaster, legal/regulatory intervention), Revv Line may suspend, cancel or vary a promotion in compliance with applicable laws and licence conditions. Any change will be communicated as soon as practicable.

14. Complaints & disputes
Complaints should be submitted in writing to our customer support address (on the site). We keep formal records of complaints and will handle disputes in accordance with applicable law and licence conditions.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Australian law and the law of the state/territory in which the promotion is conducted.
